In February, 68 humanitarian access incidents were reported by humanitarian partners in South Sudan, compared to 63 incidents in January. During this month, access was mainly hampered by violence against humanitarian personnel/assets, active hostilities and restriction of movement within the country. The majority of incidents occurred in Central Equatoria, Jonglei, Unity, Upper Nile and Western Bahr el Ghazal. Central Equatoria, for the seventh month in a row, leads in the majority of reported access incidents, including 15 cases in Juba
